Stoughton memories
Both of us were having a chat about what I will miss in US now that I am going back to India... Suprisingly I had a long list :) To start with the serenity of Stoughton, its cute little downtown, the library, our long walks, the lakeside trail, the tennis courts, the cricket sessions (though they were irritating), our chats in the nights sitting on our small porch outside, our apartment here, some delicious food at Red Lobster, Flat Top Grill, Bamboo Garden, Bubba Gump, the amazing views from Monona terrace, frequent visits to Madison and many more such things which i cant think of now.
Flat Top Grill
Had been to this restaurant called Flat Top Grill. An amazing and a very unique place. There are like 20 odd items which u select from and place in a bowl with either noodles or rice (or both if you like). Then there are around 15 different sauces (also includes our very own coconut curry) which you select from and then whichever protien you like best! You can garnish it with cilantro or other options which they have. Then there are 8 type of sticks u choose from. Each stick has a different dish with it. For e.g. if you want shrimps you select Red or if u want roti/paratha (yes u get this too) then u select blue. Then just drop off your bowl at the chefs and they stir fry your recipe and serve it at your table!!!!! A lovely experience!!!!
