Race

Saw this movie "race" last week. I found it really interesting. There was not a single moment where the movie dragged itself or got boring. Every five minutes a new secret was revealed and yet the end was a total twist in the story!
Awesome acting by Akshaye Khanna and Anil Kapoor. Saif, Bipasha and Katrina too are really good!!! Wouldnt have mattered if Sameera Reddy was omitted. Nice songs , awesome cars and lovely horses!!!!!! Overall a must see movie!!!

Girivan

Pune offers a lot of weekend retreats in its vicinity. We had been to Girivan last weekend. It is nice in the evenings when the sun is not burning over our heads. I think the right time to be there is the rainy season. Apart from the weather, the cosy little wooden bunglow and food were really very good. The place is built on a hilltop and offers a nice getaway from the busy and hectic schedule. The most hilarious thing about this place was the "recreation area". There was a board which read "Recreation Area". So we went and asked about the amenities provided in this area. The few people who were working there stared at us in amazement/shock or whatever expression you can think of. They showed us a small 15" TV hung on the wall and said "ye kya. apko dikha nahi :)"
